Powder coating involves a specialist dry powder instead of paint. This is applied to a metal item’s surface which is then heated in an industrial oven. Colour is smoothly bonded onto the metal surface as a tough & durable coating.
Powder coating has several advantages over traditional painting. Only one coat is needed with a finish that is longer lasting, denser and smoother. Plus vertical surfaces don’t end up with any drips or splashes. We can also manipulate the process for special finishes & effects. Powder coating is also more environmentally friendly with fewer VOC’s created.
We carefully clean, prep and blast any items which are corroded and/or dirty. This gives great results every time!
